With over 25 years experience in the Hospitality Industry, Chef Marcel worked his way around the World, taking waiter and bar tending courses and was a Chef apprentice. Mike Wiegele Helicopter Skiing in Blue River, Canada, is just one of the many positions, the influence of working under world class chefs Toni Spoeri and James McDermott is still felt in the preparation of each meal. Marcel has had many years experience providing high quality customer service in culinary establishments as a restaurant owner, manager and gourmet Chef. After closing „Marcel`s Boulevard Cafe“ in 2013, he is traveling the World and writing about Food & fine Wine.
